About the role#
The Molina Healthcare Internship Program provides experiential learning and formal training for students and alumni. You will work alongside healthcare business professionals who act as managers to help you develop your skills and prepare for a career in the healthcare industry.
What you'll do#
- Follow all company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, clients, members, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain consistent attendance to meet quality and quantity standards for your work.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a 1st year Master's student, Bachelor's candidate, or community college student.
- Students at the freshman, sophomore, or junior level are eligible.
- Majors in Business Administration, Public Health, or Health Administration.

- Location: Long Beach, California.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with rolling start dates.
