About the role#
This Co-Op position offers hands-on experience within our Research team. You will contribute to the integration and application of technologies that enhance our development and commercial processes. The program runs from January 18, 2027, through June 25, 2027. All participants must be available for the full duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to design, develop, and implement technology solutions.
- Assist in the design and testing of automated systems to ensure they meet operational and quality standards.
- Support the development of process automation strategies and create documentation and training materials.
- Participate in the analysis and troubleshooting of existing systems while providing input on improvements and optimizations.
- Engage in continuous learning through team meetings, training sessions, and project collaboration.
- Contribute to the advancement of technology integration processes that drive efficiency in our production pipeline.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong interest in applied technologies, automation, and systems integration.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- A GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
- Previous internship, Co-op, or project experience related to automation, robotics, or technology development.
- Familiarity with programming languages, software used in automation, or CAD design tools.
- Ability to maintain work authorization in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.

- Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available.
- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
