About the role#
This co-op position offers hands-on experience in a regulated laboratory environment supporting preclinical and clinical development programs. You will work with the Bioanalytical and Molecular Assay (BMA) team to review data, support compliance efforts, and strengthen quality standards across GLP/GcLP studies. This role runs from January 18, 2027, to June 25, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Perform QC reviews of bioanalytical and molecular assay data from LC-MS, LBA, and molecular platforms.
- Verify data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GLP, GcLP, and SOP requirements.
- Review raw data and source documentation, including ELN, LIMS, and equipment records.
- Support reconciliation of QC and standard runs while reviewing summary outputs.
- Track data trends and quality metrics using Excel and JMP.
- Participate in the review of protocols, methods, and reports to ensure documentation quality.
- Assist with document management tasks in systems like Veeva.
- Collaborate with laboratory scientists and cross-functional teams to resolve data queries.
- Maintain organized QC documentation and tracking logs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for data quality and process efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong fundamental scientific and engineering skills for evaluating experimental data.
- Laboratory skills applicable to bioprocess development and analytical methods.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, with occasional travel required to the Cambridge, MA site.
- Modality: On-site and hybrid.
- Employment: Full-time.
- Compensation: Paid position with a salary range of $20.00 to $60.00 per hour.
