About the role#
This is a full-time apprenticeship program designed to develop service technicians. You will start with an 8-week immersive training period at our technical academy, followed by on-the-job training. We provide the tools and instruction needed to learn the basics of the business and prepare for a career in the service industry. This is a paid position that offers a path toward management roles.
What you'll do#
- Complete 8 weeks of fully immersed training at our technical academy.
- Participate in ongoing on-the-job training.
- Learn the fundamentals of the HVAC business.
- Attend continuous training programs to build your skills.
What you'll need#
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
- A great attitude.
- The ability to demonstrate customer service and sales skills.
Location & details#
- The role is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
- This is an on-site position.
- Compensation is 12.50 per hour during the training period.
- Free housing is available for out-of-area students during the initial 8-week training.
- Offers are contingent on the results of a background check and drug test.
