About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to IT and compliance auditing within the hospitality industry. You will work under the direction of experienced team members to learn how to apply professional auditing standards to real business operations. The program focuses on building your understanding of internal controls and how they impact business processes.
What you'll do#
- Perform observations, walk-throughs, and document examinations.
- Conduct analytical reviews and reconciliations.
- Follow a personalized learning plan tailored to your professional goals.
- Network with company leaders to learn about business strategies.
- Gain exposure to one or two departments to understand cross-functional operations.
- Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives, including philanthropy and training.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at an accredited college or university.
- You must be within one year of graduation.
- You need current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.

- This role is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- This is an on-site, part-time position with a rolling start date.
- The pay rate is $17.00 per hour.
