About the role#
The Facilities Station Maintenance department supports the maintenance of 472 subway stations. This internship provides exposure to special initiatives including the Station REVIVE program, platform barrier installations, and facility upgrades. Interns assist project managers and supervisors with daily site visits and progress tracking to support field personnel and improve station safety and cleanliness.
What you'll do#
- Perform project data tracking, data entry, and data-driven reporting.
- Create and manage SharePoint systems to track tasks and share information.
- Develop scopes of work and business proposals for various projects.
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations for capital projects and the Re-New-Vation program.
- Support field operations by updating vehicle information, booking labor, and monitoring work progress.
What you'll need#
- Currently matriculated in a graduate program with at least a 2.8 GPA.
- Preferred majors include Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Data Science, or Environmental Engineering.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Compensation: $21.00 per hour (Graduate rate).
