About the role#
Metallus Inc. is seeking an Applications Programmer Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, on-site position provides hands-on experience with coding practices within a manufacturing environment. Interns will have the opportunity to network with leadership and hiring managers while participating in organized social activities and community service events.
What you'll do#
- Rewrite interfaces using newer technologies such as .Net Core.
- Assist with upgrades to third-party applications.
- Engage in professional development through workshops and team collaboration.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Preferred major in Computer Science or a related field.
