    About the role#

    As an Architecture Co-op at Merus, you will apply your academic coursework directly to professional projects. You will work alongside our business units to execute tasks and deliver results for our clients and investors. This role is designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and hands-on construction experience.

    What you'll do#

    • Apply classroom knowledge to real-world construction and design projects.
    • Collaborate with business units to execute work assignments.
    • Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion.
    • Prioritize responsibilities to meet project deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and partners.
    • Perform site visits which may involve moderate physical effort, such as walking, climbing, or lifting up to 70 lbs.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering Technology.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • A resilient work ethic and an eye for detail.
    • Ability to build positive working relationships through trust.
    • Commitment to providing quality service to teammates and customers.

    • Term: Winter 2027.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • This is a paid, full-time position.
