About the role#
Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. is hiring a Construction Management Intern for Summer 2027. You will join a project team and work alongside professionals including Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents. This role provides hands-on experience on active construction projects throughout Northern California.
What you'll do#
- Walk active jobsites with project teams.
- Read and review plans and specifications.
- Support RFIs, submittals, document control, and project tracking.
- Participate in project and coordination meetings.
- Work alongside Trade Partners and field teams.
- Gain experience with Procore and other construction technology.
- Learn how schedule, cost, quality, and safety come together.
- Gain exposure to both field operations and project management.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a construction-related university or community college program.
- In good academic standing with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Curious, dependable, and collaborative.
- Strong communicator.
- Comfortable working in both office and active jobsite environments.
- Able to travel to assigned project locations.

- Location: El Dorado Hills, California.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $28 to $30 per hour.
- Employment type: Part-time (30+ hours per week).
