Applications Engineer Intern

About the role#

As an Applications Engineer Intern at Megger, you will gain hands-on experience supporting engineering teams with projects, processes, and technical tasks. You will learn industry best practices and engineering fundamentals while assisting with research, documentation, testing, and project execution.

What you'll do#

• Assist engineers with project research, design, and documentation tasks.
• Participate in testing, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing projects.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to project deliverables.
• Maintain and organize project files and engineering records.
• Observe engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer, or Industrial Engineering degree program.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and quality standards.
