About the role#
We are looking for a Visual Design Co-op to join our design and marketing team. You will translate complex technological concepts into clean and modern graphic assets. You will work with our marketing team to design branded materials that resonate with our audience.
What you'll do#
- Create graphics for social media campaigns, event banners, customer case studies, web banners, and digital marketing collateral.
- Design polished presentation templates and pitch decks to help sales leaders explain technical solutions.
- Produce work in industry-appropriate formats and keep files organized within our resource library.
- Partner with tech and marketing team members to ensure content is clear and accurate.
- Maintain a unified brand voice and professional production standards across all digital, event, and printed materials.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva.
- A portfolio showing your skills in layout, branding, typography, and digital content creation.
- A basic understanding of digital asset preparation for web, mobile, and print.
- Experience with UI/UX fundamentals or motion graphics is a plus.

- This role is based in Rochester, New York.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid position.
- We are hiring on a rolling basis.
