About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship program designed for students pursuing degrees in engineering and related technical fields. Interns participate in a 10-11 week program, working 40 hours per week on-site. You will contribute to meaningful projects across research and development, operations, or quality engineering, gaining hands-on experience in the medical technology industry.
What you'll do#
- Support the design, development, analysis, and testing of engineering solutions.
- Contribute to system integration, verification, validation, risk analysis, and data-driven evaluation efforts.
- Develop, apply, and maintain quality standards and protocols.
- Design and support manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to support quality requirements and compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer, or Chemical Engineering, as well as Data Science or Statistics.
- Anticipated graduation date of Winter 2027, Spring 2028, Winter 2028, or Spring 2029.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Prior experience in engineering design, testing, manufacturing, quality, data analysis, or product development.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Work Modality: On-site (minimum 4 days per week).
- Locations: Opportunities are available across Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Texas.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly rate between $26.50 and $45.25.
