About the role#
This internship provides experience in sales within the staffing and recruiting industry. You will work on-site at our Windham, New Hampshire office during the Summer of 2027. The program is designed to emulate a professional sales environment, allowing you to gain practical skills and industry exposure. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Identify and build relationships with prospective physicians using research and prospecting lists.
- Conduct cold calls, bypass gatekeepers, and manage objections.
- Track regional activity through territory mapping of hospitals and health systems.
- Craft pitches and explain our value proposition to target accounts.
- Schedule phone calls with key stakeholders and C-Suite Executives.
- Use Salesforce and Bullhorn to manage prospects and track your daily activity.
- Participate in daily morning team meetings, cross-departmental meetings, and weekly one-on-one check-ins.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's program, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with making introductions and contacting people over the phone.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to work as part of a team.
- Eagerness for professional development.
- Preference is given to students with a sales minor or participation in a sales group.
