About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Sales Internship based in Alpharetta, Georgia. The program runs from May 2027 through July 2027. Interns receive in-depth sales training and take on responsibilities that mirror those of full-time associates. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on your performance and activity levels.
What you'll do#
- Perform a high volume of sales calls to generate leads and interest with healthcare professionals.
- Present staffing services to potential clients.
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate provider credentials for career opportunities.
- Extract details from providers and clients to communicate with area Consultants.
- Enter and update provider and client information into the computer database while ensuring data accuracy.
- Work with senior team members to qualify and present candidate lists for further consideration.
- Complete all assigned training and demonstrate the skills learned.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
- Strong customer service and public relations skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
- A professional presence.
- Basic sales skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
