About the role#
This is a paid, on-site role for a Nurse Extern in Emergency Services. You will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to support patient care in a clinical setting.
What you'll do#
- Perform patient care tasks like obtaining vitals, bathing, feeding, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with patient transport.
- Conduct hourly rounds to monitor patient well-being.
- Maintain a secure and comforting environment for patients and their visitors.
What you'll need#
- Successful completion of a Nursing Fundamentals course.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
