About the role#
This internship supports the Software Engineering Customer Experience team. You will gain hands-on experience in technology operations. The role focuses on ensuring that critical systems, devices, and services are delivered and supported across the organization. This is a full-time, paid position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with software deployment and installation activities.
- Support hardware and equipment inventory management.
- Analyze operational support metrics and performance trends.
- Document and standardize installation and support processes.
- Develop reports and dashboards to improve visibility into operational performance.
What you'll need#
- Interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
