Sales Enablement & AI Intern - Fall 2026

About the role#

This internship supports the Inside and Field Sales teams by focusing on the integration of CRM and AI tools into daily operations. You will work at the intersection of sales, commercial operations, and technology to improve data visibility, pipeline management, and overall sales productivity. This role is designed to provide a practical working environment with exposure to senior leadership and a cohort of fellow interns.

What you'll do#

• Support the integration of CRM and AI tools into daily sales activities.
• Maintain Salesforce data and assist with field updates and workflow improvements.
• Manage lead and opportunity processes, including updates and basic automation tasks.
• Gather feedback from the sales team to identify workflow gaps and propose improvements.
• Document processes and create user guides to support the adoption of CRM and AI capabilities.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Business Technology Management, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• A basic understanding of sales processes, such as leads, opportunities, and conversion.
• An interest in CRM platforms like Salesforce and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong detail-orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and translate feedback into actionable insights.
• Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
