About the role#
The Inside Sales Representative Intern will act as a primary point of contact for customers, focusing on the sale of pharmacy automation products and technology solutions, including Rx software and POS systems. This role involves managing a dedicated portfolio while supporting broader business units within the Technology Solutions division. You will work closely with the Quebec sales team to generate leads and execute sales strategies.
What you'll do#
- Manage a high volume of daily outbound calls and conduct virtual customer meetings to drive sales.
- Prospect and sell automation solutions directly to small and medium-sized pharmacies across Quebec.
- Take a consultative approach to identify customer needs, guide them through the sales cycle, and manage long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and management teams to reach collective growth targets.
- Participate in industry tradeshows to generate new revenue opportunities and increase market share.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and support special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Health Administration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a sales role is considered an asset.
- Strong bilingualism in French and English is an asset; proficiency in both is required for supporting clients outside of Quebec.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is an asset.
