Procurement Operations Intern - Fall 2026

About the role#

The Procurement Operations Intern will support the supply chain team during the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Montreal, Quebec. The role focuses on the coordination of promotional product procurement and inventory management to ensure successful promotional campaigns.

What you'll do#

• Coordinate the procurement of promotional products and track timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update promotional item records within internal systems through accurate data entry.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to manage purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential supply risks for upcoming promotional campaigns.
• Prepare reports and summaries to assist in the planning and execution of promotional events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply planning and distribution, as well as external clients.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in both French and English, as the role requires supporting clients outside of Quebec and in the United States.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
