MSD Quality Intern - Fall 2026

About the role#

The MSD Quality Intern reports to the Senior Quality Manager and provides administrative support to the MSD Quality team. This full-time position focuses on maintaining compliance and supporting quality processes within a 3PL and QA consulting environment.

What you'll do#

• Support the product release process by downloading temperature loggers and photographing product labels.
• Organize and maintain receiving and GMP documentation, including scanning, uploading, and filing.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to secure missing support documentation.
• Track and communicate deadlines for deviations, complaints, change controls, and CAPA.
• Assist the Quality Specialist with documentation preparation for GMP secondary packaging and labelling projects.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist with ongoing administrative projects.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a life-sciences post-secondary program or a Quality/Regulatory Affairs post-graduate program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

• Term: Fall 2026 (September 8th through December 31st).
• Work Modality: On-site.
