About the role#
As a Product Business Analyst Intern, you will report to the Senior Manager of Product Innovation. You will help shape and deliver a new digital platform within the Specialty Health business at McKesson Canada. You will work alongside business, product, and technology teams to define solutions and support the delivery of patient-focused digital products. This role focuses on large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, data migration, and automation opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver digital solutions.
- Analyze business processes to find opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency.
- Support backlog management, feature prioritization, and agile delivery activities.
- Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and KPI tracking to measure product success.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Maintain project documentation and support change management and user adoption.
- Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
What you'll need#
- 3+ years of business analysis experience (5+ years in technology-related roles preferred).
- Experience supporting digital transformation and system implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Experience in requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with design thinking, process improvement, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
- Experience in healthcare, biopharma, patient support programs, or specialty pharmacy is preferred.
- Salesforce experience is considered an asset.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
