About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship for students interested in a career in financial services. You will join a collaborative team to learn about our agency and gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with your intern class on team projects.
- Gain knowledge of Property & Casualty and Group Benefits insurance coverage.
- Work with an assigned mentor to sharpen your networking skills.
- Complete a simulated full-cycle sales process.
- Deliver a final mock presentation to Sales Leadership and the Executive Team.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Sales, or Business Administration.
- Preferably entering your senior year of college.
- Previous experience in an insurance or sales-focused internship is a plus but not required.
Location & details#
- This internship takes place on-site in Fort Lauderdale or Clearwater, Florida.
- The term is for Summer 2027.
- This position is full-time.
