About the role#
This internship provides a comprehensive introduction to the insurance and risk management industry. You will gain practical experience by applying classroom concepts to real-world projects and client interactions. The program is designed to help you build a professional foundation for future career pathways in client management or sales.
What you'll do#
- Support actual clients while working directly with multiple teams.
- Participate in national webinars to learn about industry operations.
- Work closely with a manager, mentor, and fellow interns.
- Develop professional skills and grow your industry network.
What you'll need#
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of at least two semesters of college coursework in business.
- Completed coursework in insurance, risk management, or finance is preferred.

- Location: Fargo, North Dakota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid internship position.
