About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in business, risk management, and insurance. You will work on real projects and support actual clients rather than performing administrative tasks. The program aims to help you build a foundation for future career paths in client management or sales.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with multiple teams to learn the basics of insurance programs.
- Support actual clients and participate in project work.
- Develop professional skills through direct interaction with clients and industry partners.
- Attend a series of national webinars to learn about the industry and the organization.
What you'll need#
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Completion of at least two semesters of college business coursework is preferred.
- Completed coursework in insurance, risk management, or finance is a plus.

- Location: Grand Forks, North Dakota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, on-site position.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
