About the role#
This internship supports early-stage innovation at MANN+HUMMEL. You will work directly with project managers to develop new products and technologies focused on filtration and separation. This is an on-site position at our Raleigh facility.
What you'll do#
- Investigate emerging filtration and separation technologies specifically for bioprocessing.
- Assist project managers with day-to-day tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct research on products, technologies, and market trends.
- Interview subject matter experts and customers to gather insights.
- Support ideation-phase projects and contribute to potential solutions.
- Document findings by writing reports and preparing meeting minutes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- An interest in project management, technical writing, or online research.
- An interest in bioprocessing, membrane production, or filtration technologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Location: Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Minimum of 2 months, 20-40 hours per week.
- Status: Paid internship.
