About the role#
As an Account Management Intern, you will work closely with the client services team to support the Financial and Technology pods. You will gain hands-on experience in video production, client management, and project management while working on projects for a diverse range of companies.
What you'll do#
- Support the Client Service team by preparing meeting agendas, minutes, briefs, and status updates.
- Maintain organized client records, including approvals, creative rounds, and timelines using Basecamp and Google Suite.
- Assist with the preparation of reporting documentation.
- Provide support during production shoots.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
- Relevant coursework in creative media.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Basecamp.
- A willingness to learn.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 14, 2026 – December 18, 2026).
- Commitment: 3 days per week.
- Availability: Must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to receive college credit.
