About the role#
The Store Management Internship is an 8-week, paid, on-site program designed to provide exposure to the core functions of retail leadership. Interns will gain experience in customer service, merchandising, business analysis, store operations, and colleague development. This program runs from June 8 through August 1, 2026, and serves as a potential pathway to the Store Management Executive Development Program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sales & Customer Experience to learn leadership best practices and receive constructive feedback.
- Shadow Managers of Operations and Visual Merchandising to plan and execute product merchandising initiatives.
- Develop a customer-focused selling environment by coaching and training team members.
- Analyze business trends to help select merchandise that meets customer needs.
- Explore retail strategies through business analysis and project work.
- Engage with leaders across various business functions and present growth-oriented ideas to store management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
- All majors are welcome to apply, including Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, and Psychology.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands to handle or feel, with occasional movement about the workplace.
- Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and a passion for engaging with people.
