About the role#
This 8-week paid internship provides exposure to all facets of store leadership, including customer service, merchandising, business analysis, visual presentation, store operations, and colleague development. Interns work on-site as part of a store leadership team to learn business strategies and contribute to operational success.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sales & Customer Experience to gain leadership insights and receive constructive feedback.
- Shadow Managers of Operations and Visual Merchandising to plan and execute merchandising initiatives.
- Analyze business trends to select merchandise that meets customer needs and apply retail strategies.
- Train and coach colleagues to create a customer-focused selling environment and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Engage with leaders across store and regional business functions to broaden your professional perspective.
- Contribute to team performance by developing and presenting a project focused on business growth strategies.
What you'll need#
- Must be a rising senior enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program with one year of study remaining.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- All majors are considered, including Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, and Statistics.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting at least 30 lbs, constant movement, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
