About the role#
The Store Management Internship is an 8-week, full-time, paid program providing exposure to the leadership functions of a retail department store. Interns will gain experience in customer service, merchandising, business analysis, visual presentation, store operations, and colleague development. This program runs from June 8 through August 1, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sales & Customer Experience to gain insights into leadership best practices and receive continuous feedback.
- Shadow the Managers of Operations and Visual Merchandising to plan and execute product merchandising initiatives.
- Develop a customer-focused selling environment by coaching and training colleagues.
- Support daily store operations and analyze business trends to meet customer needs.
- Engage with store leadership to propose new ideas for business growth through a final project and presentation.
What you'll need#
- Currently in your junior year of a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited university.
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to solve problems and drive results.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Sociology are encouraged to apply.
