About the role#
The Store Management Internship is an 8-week, paid, on-site program designed to provide exposure to all facets of retail leadership. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, merchandising, business analysis, store operations, and colleague development. This program serves as an introduction to the strategies required to manage a multi-million-dollar retail department store.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sales & Customer Experience to learn leadership best practices and receive constructive feedback.
- Shadow the Managers of Operations and Visual Merchandising to plan and execute product merchandising initiatives.
- Engage with leadership across various business functions within the store and region.
- Develop a customer-focused selling environment by coaching and training team members.
- Analyze business trends to help select merchandise and understand large-scale retail strategies.
- Complete a project and presentation to propose new ideas for business growth in consultation with store leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in your junior year of a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited university.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, including sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands to handle or feel objects, with occasional movement around the workplace.

- Term: Summer 2026 (June 8 through August 1, 2026).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Status: Full-time internship.
- Eligibility: Successful completion may lead to a position in the Store Management Executive Development Program (EDP) post-graduation.
