About the role#
The Supply Chain Internship is an 8-week summer program focused on Network Strategy and Transportation. Interns gain exposure to corporate supply chain functions, including inventory placement, order fulfillment, freight performance analysis, and export compliance. Participants work directly with teams to contribute to business initiatives, engage with senior leadership, and participate in professional development workshops.

- Develop leadership skills and business acumen to prepare for a career in business.
- Apply classroom learning through hands-on experiences to deepen knowledge.
- Collaborate with executives at all levels to address challenges and implement strategies that impact the business and brand.
- Use analytics, metrics, and key performance indicators to complete a project and recommend business improvements.
- Gain experience with best-in-class technology, including order management, transportation management, and warehouse management systems.
- Strengthen understanding of cross-functional coordination to drive business results.
- Demonstrate program management skills by overseeing the lifecycle of projects.
What you'll need#
- Rising Seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others, along with strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Excellent mathematical skills and the ability to apply concepts of profitability and statistical inference to practical situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and apply strategies to solve complex challenges.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal and external business partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process information quickly to offer solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, macros) preferred.
- Ability to run and interpret reports to drive informed decision-making.
