About the role#

The Customer & Digital Internship is an 8-week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience within CRM/Loyalty, Digital Strategy, and Site Merchandising. Interns contribute to business goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects, participating in professional development workshops, and engaging with senior leadership.

What you'll do#

• Support Loyalty and Credit Marketing through campaign strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
• Drive member activations and campaigns while executing lifecycle messaging to enhance the digital customer experience.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track readiness for key retail events, facilitating proactive issue resolution.
• Develop OKR tracking frameworks and quality metrics to ensure retail plans remain data-driven.
• Assist in testing promotions, managing affiliate and search marketing efforts, and monitoring competitor activity.
• Conduct data analysis and post-event reviews to capture performance insights and inform future planning.

What you'll need#

• Rising Seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or Computer Science with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Adobe, Power BI, and CRM systems, with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• A customer-centric mindset and an interest in retail trends and strategic planning.
