About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term, running from January to April. You will work with the Infrastructure Security & Ops Team in our Toronto office. This role requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. We are looking for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program who will return to their studies after the internship concludes.
What you'll do#
- Support the Infrastructure Security & Ops Team on organizational projects.
- Develop datasets, models, and reports to help us understand business performance.
- Analyze semi-structured data.
- Produce documentation, including how-to guides and team communications.
- Coordinate meetings, tasks, and activities with internal team members.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a business or technology post-secondary program.
- Experience working in Agile environments like Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- An understanding of testing practices.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Preferred: Familiarity with PowerBI and experience with AI prompt structuring or automation using Microsoft tools.
Location & details#
- Location: Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
- Compensation: The annual base salary range is $49,000 to $51,000, prorated for the internship term. This role is eligible for paid time off.
