About the role#
The Sales Enablement team is looking for an intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in Toronto. You will work 37.5 hours per week from January through April 2027. This role requires you to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and returning to school after the internship concludes.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Manager, Sales Effectiveness, to reach product readiness goals.
- Manage the sales activation calendar and deploy the weekly sales team newsletter.
- Organize working group meetings and document key outcomes.
- Support the planning and execution of internal sales events and external advisor-facing events.
- Identify data requirements for events using tools like SurveyMonkey, Seismic, and Salesforce.
- Conduct spreadsheet analysis to generate insights and recommendations.
- Create and support presentations for senior leadership.
- Assist other managers with working groups and various ad-hoc requests.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
