About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience supporting marketing, communications, and promotional initiatives at M3 Insurance. You will work on content creation, digital marketing, event promotion, and market research. This role focuses on practical tasks, including developing materials, supporting campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. You will also build relationships with professionals and leaders across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Create and edit content for email, social media, web, and promotional materials.
- Support marketing efforts for events, programs, and organizational initiatives.
- Manage social media scheduling and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and gather audience insights.
- Track marketing performance metrics, survey results, and campaign outcomes.
- Build professional relationships with interns and team members across the company.
What you'll need#
- Current student entering your junior or senior year at a 4-year college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in college through academics or activity involvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pay attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interest in content creation, storytelling, digital media, and analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, or email marketing tools is preferred.
