About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in Salesforce platform administration, development, data integrity, reporting, and business process automation. You will work with digital platform stakeholders to learn administration concepts and contribute to projects that improve system usability, data quality, and operational efficiency. This role is for a self-directed learner interested in CRM systems and technology-enabled business solutions.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to Salesforce administration, configuration, reporting, dashboards, and automation.
- Build practical knowledge through Salesforce Trailhead learning, hands-on assignments, and guided platform projects.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and documentation efforts to improve business processes and user experience.
- Collaborate with platform, operations, and business partners in an Agile-oriented environment.
- Develop problem-solving, communication, and technical skills while contributing to digital platform work.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in CRM systems, platform development, business process automation, and technology.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly, work independently, and act as a self-starter.
- Comfort working with data reporting, user documentation, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce concepts such as objects and fields, reports and dashboards, Flows and automation, user setup and security, and data imports and exports.
- Exposure to Salesforce administration, Apex, SQL, Tableau, coding, web development, or Agile project methodologies.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
- Completion of Salesforce Trailhead modules or Salesforce Superbadges is preferred.
