About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers an introduction to insurance client services. You will work alongside our Client Management team to learn policy management and service delivery. The program focuses on career exploration and allows you to align projects with your specific skills and interests. We offer a flexible work environment that includes remote, on-site, and hybrid options.
What you'll do#
- Shadow staff during client interactions and policy management tasks.
- Assist with the completion of certificates, audits, dividends, and policy reviews.
- Process new and renewal policy information using our internal Epic system.
- Review policies for accuracy and maintain data integrity within our records.
- Prepare essential insurance documents, including binders, certificates of insurance, and evidence of property forms.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior at a 4-year college or university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
- A valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based software.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Location & details#
This is a rolling internship available in Kenosha, Fond du Lac, De Pere, Wausau, and Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. We also have positions in Madison, Eau Claire, Rockford, Illinois, and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
