About the role#
This internship focuses on insurance consulting, sales development, and career exploration. You will learn about prospecting, relationship building, and business development while working alongside experienced Client Executives. The program provides exposure to the full client lifecycle, from initial meetings to service operations.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Client Executives during carrier meetings, sales presentations, and networking events.
- Assist with identifying insurance prospects and networking with Centers of Influence.
- Support the development of marketing plans and sales proposals.
- Partner with the team on meeting preparation and the creation of sales collateral.
- Help prepare certificates of insurance and other essential client documents.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license.
- Current enrollment in a degree program for business, marketing, or insurance.
- Preference for candidates entering their junior or senior year of college.

- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
- The role operates in a hybrid work environment.
- Available locations include Kenosha, Fond du Lac, De Pere, Wausau, and Madison, Wisconsin; Rockford, Illinois; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Wauwatosa, Wisconsin; and Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
