About the role#
As a Community Management Intern, you will learn how we build and support engaged communities around our games. You will see firsthand how the voice of our players helps shape the evolution of our titles. Working alongside our Community team, you will contribute to content creation, interact with players, and follow conversations across our various platforms. You will also collaborate with our game teams to share community trends, reactions, and player feedback.
What you'll do#
- Help engage our communities across Discord, Reddit, and social media.
- Create and publish content tailored to different platforms.
- Interact with players to foster a positive and engaging environment.
- Monitor conversations, trends, and reactions around our games.
- Gather and summarize player feedback to share with internal teams.
- Help prepare communications, community events, and activations.
- Collaborate with Community, Marketing, Production, and Development teams.
- Track content performance and use data to better understand our community.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time University or Collegial program in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Game Development, or a related field that includes a mandatory internship.
- Strong interest in gaming, online communities, and social media.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong written communication skills and a good sense of tone.
- Creativity, curiosity, and an interest in digital trends.
- An interest in connecting with people and understanding how communities thrive.
- Experience with content creation, video editing, or graphic tools is an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027 (starting January 2027).
- Duration: 6 months.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Location: Hybrid in Montréal, Quebec.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
