About the role#
As a Services Technology & Enablement Intern, you will support programs that improve the tools, technology, and processes used by our Services teams. You will gain hands-on experience in program management, business analysis, and technology enablement while working with teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of Services Technology & Enablement programs.
- Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and develop action plans.
- Track program performance, timelines, deliverables, risks, and key metrics.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
- Support the testing, implementation, and adoption of new tools and processes.
- Develop reporting, presentations, and communications to support program execution and stakeholder alignment.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing projects, timelines, or deliverables through coursework, internships, student organizations, or work experience.
- Familiarity with project management, reporting, or data visualization tools is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina.
- The program runs during the Summer 2027 term.
