About the role#
As a PRO Services Reporting Intern, you will support the teams that serve our professional customers, including contractors and tradespeople. You will analyze performance metrics and identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience for our Pro segment. This role focuses on turning data into actionable strategies and learning how analytics powers business decisions.
What you'll do#
- Analyze performance metrics related to Pro and Services operations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility into key performance indicators.
- Support optimization projects to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting with business goals.
- Gain experience in data visualization, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the experience of Pro customers.
- Drive sales enablement innovation by optimizing tools and technology.
- Gather insights from business partners to shape business cases and translate them into technical requirements.
- Work with technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
- Relevant internship or experience in data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
