About the role#
As a Private Brands Operations Intern, you will support systems that impact our private brands and global sourcing. You will focus primarily on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. You will work alongside internal and external users to provide support and encourage system adoption. This role involves translating business needs into technology implementations and assisting with process and project management for new product development.
What you'll do#
- Create and deploy training materials to support global merchandising system adoption.
- Conduct User Acceptance Training (UAT), perform data validation, and manage system performance analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend technology-driven solutions based on feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Assist in project planning, track key milestones, and ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Build timelines for product development and activation in collaboration with management.
- Manage the development of databases, metrics, reporting, and analytical tools.
- Address system issues and identify root causes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Global Business, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong technical aptitude and an interest in product testing, materials science, or design validation.
- Ability to read and interpret test specifications and engineering documents.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Comfort working in hands-on environments like labs or workshops.
- Familiarity with lab tools and measurement devices is a plus.
- Leadership experience in a work or campus organization is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina.
- The program takes place during the Summer of 2027.
