About the role#
As a Digital Product Management Intern, you will help define and deliver customer experiences across our digital platforms. You will work with product managers, engineers, and designers to bring new features to life on our website, mobile apps, and internal tools. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence how customers interact with Lowe’s. Successful completion of this internship may lead to a full-time position in the Lowe's Launchpad program.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing product strategies and roadmaps for our digital experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze customer data, feedback, and research to inform product decisions.
- Help prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing, training, and support teams.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Passion for digital innovation and solving customer problems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management concepts.
- Previous internship or project experience in a technology, retail, or customer-facing environment.
- Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site at our Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- This position does not offer sponsorship.
