About the role#
The Experience Design team at Love's is hiring a User Experience Research Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will support research initiatives for an in-house mobile app and other company platforms. This role provides exposure to the full research lifecycle, from initial study design to the final presentation of results.
What you'll do#
- Learn the technologies, research strategies, and techniques used at Love's.
- Assist with usability testing, interviews, and eye tracking.
- Develop research plans and guides while managing study setup.
- Analyze data, interpret findings, and present results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year university program as a sophomore or higher.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HCI, Design, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Civil Engineering.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of research methods, a portfolio of past work, or previous internship experience are helpful but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks such as prolonged sitting, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating a computer.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring you to be on-site in Oklahoma City.
