About the role#
The Graphic Design Intern works with our brand and creative team to develop marketing assets. You will gain hands-on experience creating content for campaigns and learn how creative, marketing, and e-commerce intersect. This role reports to the Associate Director of Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the creative team to generate visual content for newsletters, website visuals, paid ads, and social media.
- Edit, resize, and upload product detail page images to maintain visual standards.
- Refresh assets on the homepage, navigation bars, and landing pages to support current campaigns.
- Research and provide inspiration for campaign and concept development.
- Manage the organization of creative assets to improve team workflows.
What you'll need#
- Recent college graduate or rising college senior.
- Technical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Understanding of design principles.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro or Capcut.
- Ability to work well with peers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Interest in the beauty industry.
Location & details#
- Location: Brooklyn, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026 (12 weeks).
- Work Modality: Hybrid, up to 4 days per week in office.
- Commitment: 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $17 per hour.
