About the role#
The Aspire Program Student Worker provides clerical and customer service support to the School and Community Partnerships department. This role ensures the efficient, timely, and accurate completion of daily office operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist students and staff in-person, by phone, email, and mail.
- Manage document filing and scanning tasks.
- Provide consistent customer service while maintaining attention to detail.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to support program office duties.
What you'll need#
- Familiarity with standard office procedures and common office equipment.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software.
- One year of experience in an office setting is preferred.
