About the role#
We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our Client Services team. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you will gain exposure to the client lifecycle. You will work in a data-driven environment and help our team manage projects, reporting, and process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Pull data, update trackers, and perform basic analysis for reporting needs.
- Assist with inventory categorization, pricing, and data analysis tasks.
- Coordinate internal projects, including tracking operation status and managing client library templates.
- Maintain documentation to ensure consistency across our internal workflows.
- Identify ways to streamline processes and reduce manual workload.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate with an interest in media, advertising, or data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- An analytical mindset and a desire to improve existing processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work across different functional teams.

- This role is based in Coral Gables and Miami, Florida.
- The work modality is hybrid.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling start date.
