About the role#
As a Personal Shopper, you help customers by fulfilling e-commerce orders. You ensure accuracy and quality for every order to provide a positive shopping experience. This is a part-time, unionized position at Fortinos in Burlington.
What you'll do#
- Assist customers with general questions and keep a positive environment.
- Shop for customers by picking quality products to fill their orders.
- Scan items and process payments using cash, debit, credit, and gift cards.
- Reach out to customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- No previous experience is required. We provide training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tasks.
- Resourceful and courteous approach when helping customers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Physical ability to move up to 50lbs and remain in constant motion during your shift.

- Location: 5111 New St, Burlington, ON.
- Pay range: $17.60 to $19.85 per hour.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a part-time role with a rolling term.
