About the role#
This co-op position is based in the Loblaw Agency Production Studio. You will assist the team with studio coordination, including project tracking, triage, and reporting. Your work will focus on the development, coordination, and execution of the Brand Standards document and the Workflow circulation tool. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and organize correspondence, perform data entry, and create various documents.
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries to provide customer service assistance.
- Manage archival and filing projects according to storage and destruction rules.
- Conduct research, perform analysis, and input data.
- Plan and coordinate your daily assigned work tasks.
- Support Studio Management with workflow, reporting, and project tracking.
- Assist the Design, Editorial, and Production teams in finalizing Brand Standards.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or completion of post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, or Graphic Design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with various types of packaging and print formats.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
Location & details#
- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (up to 1 day remote per week, 4 days in office).
- Term: January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027.
- Note: Candidates 18 years or older must complete a criminal background check.
