About the role#
As a Civil Engineering Intern in the Transportation division, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals. This is a full-time, on-site program scheduled for Summer 2027. You will contribute to real-world projects and develop technical skills while learning about our company sectors and services.
What you'll do#
- Perform engineering assignments under the direction of experienced engineers.
- Shadow actual operations to learn about different project phases.
- Support larger projects through unique assignments.
- Experience the day-to-day workings of the engineering industry.
- Participate in company social engagement activities.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least one year of college.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong academic performance and a high level of motivation.
- A sincere desire to gain experience and knowledge in the industry.
- Good organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on MS Excel.
- A strong work ethic.
